Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions I hear most often.

Not only. I work on existing WordPress websites and can often help with websites built by other platforms as well. Before any work begins, I’ll review your website and let you know what’s possible.

Some proprietary website builders have limitations that prevent certain changes or require access that only the platform owner can provide. If that’s the case, I’ll explain your options before you spend a dime.

I sure do! One-time fixes are available and are a great option for smaller tasks that don’t require ongoing support. Visit my Pricing page to learn more about available options and starting prices.

I don’t overbook my schedule. Before any work begins, I’ll discuss your project, confirm my availability, and provide a realistic timeline.

In most cases, yes. Whether your website was built by another developer or you’ve been managing it yourself, I’m happy to take a look. I’ll review your site first, explain what’s possible, and let you know if there are any limitations before any work begins.

Not for one-time services or ongoing website care. I believe in earning your business, not locking you into it. The only exception is new website builds, where a simple agreement helps outline the project scope, timeline, and expectations for both of us.

Absolutely. Website care plans are available for businesses that want reliable, ongoing support without the hassle. I’ll take care of the routine maintenance so you can focus on what you do best.

Billing depends on the service. One-time projects and website builds require payment before work begins, while ongoing website care is billed on a recurring basis. I’ll always explain the billing process before we get started, so there are no surprises.

Don’t worry—you don’t have to have all the answers. Tell me what’s going on or what you’re hoping to accomplish, and I’ll help you figure out the best path forward. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll be honest about that too.
